Quick Start Guide

To quickly get started, log on to HPE Cloud Volumes and complete the following tasks.

  • Create Cloud Volumes and connect to the public cloud.
    1. Register your Cloud Provider
    2. Set up your Cloud Provider
    3. Create Cloud Volumes
    4. Configure your Cloud Provider to use CV Block
    5. Attach and Connect Volumes to a Cloud VM
  • Replicate data from your on-premises array to HPE CV Block.
    1. Create a Replication Store
    2. Create a Cloud Replication Partner
    3. Create a Volume Collection
  • Back up and Restore data to the Cloud or to an on-premises array.
    1. Create a Backup Store
    2. Download the Secure Client
    3. Create a Backup Connection using the Secure Client
    4. Restore a Backup to CV Block
